Ex. guaranteeing a republican form of govt, can protect states against domestic interruption (riots, natural disasters, etc. ) Requires each state to enforce the civil judgements of other states and to accept the records of other states as valid. Although the judgement exists the other state doesn"t have to enforce it but it has to accept it. One state cannot deny to the citizens of another state full protection of the law. The efforts of people, charged of crime, to flee states to avoid trial, arrest or imprisonment. Most states have extradition treaties, where they file to bring someone back. Since the 1930s, the supreme court has dealt with cases that expanded the national government. The public started making demands on the national government to deal with the unanticipated consequences of the broader national economy.
