One-drop rule- if you had one drop of african blood you were considered to be african. Prejudice: thoughts and feelings about a racial group. Discrimination: acting on those thoughts and feelings. Color-blind racism: promotion of race neutrality when it actually helps to maintain existing racial and ethnic inequalities.
