One belief about human behavior i entered this class with is that individuals have one of two types of personalities, type a or type b. t(cid:455)pe a"s are those that are more outgoing, goal- driven, and aggressive. T(cid:455)pe b"s are (cid:373)ore rela(cid:454)ed, easygoing, accommodating, and creative. I would consider myself to be type b. In both my personal and professional life, i enjoy building relationships, prefer quality over quantity, accommodating to those around me, prefer collaborative problem solving, and i am not quick to jump to conclusions. Many people i know have a type a personality including friends and family. I have noticed they are more likely to be in leadership roles and enjoy taking charge regardless of the situation. There are very few individuals i know that have a combination of both type a and b personality traits. I believe the basis of this belief comes from a perso(cid:374)"s up(cid:271)ri(cid:374)gi(cid:374)g a(cid:374)d life e(cid:454)perie(cid:374)(cid:272)es.
