Interaction between socio-political-economic environment take a positive approach, men tend to take a negative approach (more threatening) Women tend to: labor associated with inequality, women have childcare and bearing of children, men are bigger and stronger in most societies has produced a division of labor. When taking care of children it"s slows down their careers, often drop out, work part-time, and don"t rise in hierarchies get stuck in lower levels of careers. Men"s size and strength doesn"t do where women"s roles are placed, reluctant to go to major political office because it"s: there"s no simple answer, like it"s in the genes. Much more interactive between power in a way that"s not cooperative.
