I believe you are aware that the high demand for ax5 is affecting our services to the customers as we are unable to deliver the orders on time. Many of our regular customers are expressing dissatisfaction but still ordering for the sake of the long-term relationship. The material is necessary for most electronic devices, and many new competitors are entering the market for procuring this. Not many employees can handle this as handling this material needs to be very highly skilled and needs time. So, to face this problem, i suggest introducing a new material called ub40 that i read can be a replacement for the ax5. If we launch this material, the pressure on delivering the material axp will reduce. But we have yet to learn more about this substance.
