You are probably able to think of a number of stereotypes rather quickly. You may consider some of them to be relatively benign, and others to be extraordinarily harmful. It is important to note, however, that even when we may not perceive a stereotype to be problematic, members of that group may feel quite differently. For this assignment, we want you to consider the potential impacts of stereotypes on communication. We want you to pick three of the six to consider for this assignment. For each occupation, you will do three things. Analysis paragraph where you discuss how the stereotypes you"ve explored in your submission impact all of us day to day.
