As a healthcare executive some ways to contribute to the community are:
Participate in local assessment on the needs of community and give the valuable input basis experience as an executive
Be actively involved in community-based interventions and act as a catalyst to strengthen the program
Synchronize between policy makers, decision makers, stakeholders etc. so that resources can be used efficiently and distributed equally
Get engaged in community service projects, public dialogue to have large say in community health care improvement activities
That is a great list of what a healthcare leader can do in the community. Do you think one is more important to do over the other ones? For me assessing the local need would be most important. Without knowing what has to be done one can't act and communicate with others.
