Porter states that there are five forces to consider in order to understand people in the industry: industry competitors this focuses on the rivalry among existing firms. The greater the number of rival companies existing in the area, the more intense the competition will become. 25: suppliers this focuses on the bargaining power of supplier or producers. Supplier refers to people or companies that provide raw materials, parts, or services to the business. Production process by delaying the delivery of materials, or by providing defective materials, or in efficient services: the number of suppliers creates competition between the procedures and the buyers.
