Retailco is a dutch retail organization, founded in the early 1900s in the netherlands. Retailco"s aim was to open department stores for ordinary people. They have a wide assortment of products including household and home decorating products, fashion, skin care, and food. By 2007, retailco had over 350 stores, with approximately 10,000 staff. Every year, they opened around 30 new stores, and retailco had just begun expanding internationally. Traditionally the culture of retailco could be described as a family culture, characterized by seven key values: client orientation, respect and trust, proactivity, results orientation, energy, working systematically, and loving the job.
