Subjective data additional health history: infants and children, infant feeding, table foods, eating patterns, constipation, abdominal pain, overweight children, adolescents, schedule and content, exercise, underweight. Older adults: food access, emotional characteristics recall bowel movements. Lighting and draping, measures to enhance abdominal wall relaxation. Objective data - inspection: contour, symmetry, umbilicus, skin, pulsation or movement, hair distribution, demeanor.
