Document Summary

Lab 1 seasonality and climate change: during the year 2021, the date with the most amount of sunlight in cleveland, ohio was on. The sun rose at 5:52 am and set at 9:03 pm. (time and date, 2022) the exact amount of time that the sun was up was 15 hours, 11 minutes. On december 21, 2021, the sun in cleveland rose at 7:49 am and set at 5:00 pm. (time and date, 2022) this gave a total of nine hours and 13 minutes. The difference total for the amount of sun is five hours, 59 minutes. The sunlight amount between these two dates is caused by several different factors. Two of these factors are because of the earth"s tilt and the curve of the earth"s surface. Both of these cause sunlight to hit the surface of the earth at different angles for different latitudes.
