This is very difficult and cant be done totally perfectly and may cause mold, rot and structural damage. Face seal system not advisable, with higher insurance. There is insulation and moisture barrier in behind. Built in suspender approach, but if theres no drainage at base of the wall, it is still a face seal system and will not drain and penetrate the wall.
