The main aim of this report is to shed light on the emerging technologies and get to understand the technologies better. This paper seeks to address the block chain technology. Blockchain technology is a technology that has brought much improvement in the security of internet of. The blockchain technology has ensured that there is properly shared, stored and well protected. Basically, the blockchain technology entails an electronic record which is used to copy the transactions that are available after which they are distributed across the network of computers which are linked with the blockchain. Therefore, this report seeks to address the blockchain technology under the following sections; usage, and implications of the use of the technology to the private and public sector.
