Personhood is someone or something having a moral identity, while morality is defined as what is wrong or right. However, some scholars argue that morality, as well as emotions, are in many ways a part of personhood. Moreover, while a minority of scholars argue that emotions, in general, are a part of personhood, the majority argue that emotions specifically involved in life experiences and morals (feelings of right and wrong) are a vital part of personhood.
