why is it that |x/5|>3
you change the sign and the number so you get....x>15 andx<-15
and in |13x+1|<7
you change the sign and the number so you get...x<6/13 andx>-8/13
BUT, when |x-5|<-1, you just change the sign but not thenumber -1 to 1 for the other step
please help...really confused on the rules
