Goal: Decide: Is it true that the derivative of the quotient is always the product of the quotients? Let f(x) = x^3 and let g(x) = 2x. Find (f(x)/g(x))'. Find f'(x)/g'(x). Come up with two different functions f and g so that the derivative of the quotient IS NOT the quotient of the derivatives (and show it works by repeating a) and b) with the functions you chose).
