I realize this is easy it is my daughter's problem (8th grade Alegbra) but I need a solution. I was just plugging them in and did come up with an answer but not sure if I am doing it right:
Use the values -2, 5, 9, and 10 to complete each statement about the equation ax=b-5:
a. When a=_____ and b=______, x is a pos. itive integer
b. a. When a=_____ and b=______, x is a negative integer
