hi,
i have three questions i need the complete solutions withtheirfinal results. is there anyone could help
me, i would appreciate that. The answer of question 1 is
5.8 rad/s and the answer of question 3 is 14.4 m/s2,but i don'tknow the complete solution.
1)
A Ferris wheel, rotating initially at an angular speed of0.50rad/s, accelerates over a 7.0-s interval at a rate of 0.040rad/s2.What is its angular speed after this 7-s interval?
2)
A point on the rim of a 0.15-m-radius rotating disk hasacentripetal acceleration of 5.0 m/s2. What is the angular speedofa point 0.075 m from the center of the disk?
3)
A 0.150-m-radius grinding wheel, starting at rest, developsanangular speed of 12.0 rad/s in a time interval of 4.00 s. Whatisthe centripetal acceleration of a point 0.100 m from thecenterwhen the wheel is moving at an angular speed of 12.0rad/s?
thank you in advance
