Thanks in advance for any help someone may provide, I knowthis isn't an ideal time to be doing physics. Not quite sure how toclassify this problem, but perhaps its a conservation of energyproblem.
"A Particle can slide along a track with elevated ends and aflat central part. The flat part has length L. the curved portionsof the track are frictionless, but for the flat part thecoefficient of kinetic friction is µk = 0.2. The particle isreleased from rest at point A, which is a height h = L/2 above theflat part of the track. where does the particle finally come torest?"
Thanks again.
