my question is about the 55th problem in chapter 8

I have difficulty calculating the Shearing stress (t x )z. I thinksince the 5kip force is in the in the y direction and the A is onthe top of the beam, the shear force from 5 kip force should bezero, but the the correct answer is(-Vx*Qx/Iy*tf)-(-Vy*Qy/Ix*tf)

Please explain it for me and it will be better with a figure toexplain
