I am not sure which is the correct answer... I believe it is letter"f" if I have done the right hand rule correctly, but I am 100%sure... Here is the question:

A point charge Q moving in a uniform magnetic field of 1.01T experiences a force of 8.03รƒย—10-13 N. The velocity of the chargeis perpendicular to the magnetic field. If the magnetic fieldpoints South and the force points out of the page, then choose thesingle correct answer. (In this problem we use the points of thecompass for directions on the paper with North pointing to the topof the page, and 'into' and 'out of' to indicate directions withrespect to the page.)
a. Q is positive, moving West.
