Please show me how to solve this problem.
I will give proper respect as soon as possible. PLEEEASEhelpme!!!
I hope you can help me with all questions, but if you can helpwithonly a few I would be so happy.

I solved A through C. But D is a different answer that whattheteacher gave me. So, I could not solve E though I. I hope youcanhelp me with this part.

P.S. This my answer agrees with the books answer but theteachersaid that the book is wrong. So I am a littleconfused.

(a) the spring constant
K=F/X so, K=(0.5kg)(9.8m/s2) / 0.1589m = 30.837N/m

(b) the period of vibration
T=2π√(m/K) so, T=2π√(0.5kg/30.837Nm) =0.8001s

(c) the frequency
frequency=1/T so, frequency=1/0.8001 = 1.2499Hz

(d)the angular velocity of a graph point drawn forthevibration
ω=2π/T so, ω=2π/0.8001 = 5.027rad/s (but the teachergave me to answer is7.85rod/sec)

(e)the maximum velocity of the mass
Ans. 0.39265m/s

and(f)its maximum acceleration
Ans. a = -3.081m/s2 (the teacher gave methisanswre)
(Books Ans. 0.4754m/s2)

(h)find the time to reach the first maximum
Ans. time =0.4sec (the teacher gave me thisanswer)
(Books Ans. 4.001s)

and (i)the total energy of vibration
Ans. 0.00385J (the teacher gave me this answer)
(Books Ans 3.8546J)

(j)write down an equation for the motion
y=0.050sin(7.85t+4.71ROD)(theteacher gave me this answer)
