A man with a rocket strapped to his back is launched up a 35degree incline. He is launched off a ramp that is 20mtall. He has a weight of 100kg, the rocket has a force of1000N, μk is .1 and the ÎT=15 secs. What is ÎX andthe Y Max.
I have started by drawing my free body diagram. I tookΣfx =Ft -μk=MA and solved for Aand got 9.99M/S2
I want to plug the acceleration into one of my kinematicsequations to solve for Îx, I know this isnt right thoughbecause I need to involve the 35 degree pheta. That is aboutas far as I can get I am having troubles with these force problemsand checking to see if anyone can help. Thanks
