OneClass is looking for someone who lives and breath A/B testing and it doesn't matter if it's within a web application, paid acquisition channels or drip emails going out to our users. Increasing conversion is something that you get super excited about, and you continue to think about new ways to improve on it, and never stop. You have strong analytics skills and is extremely data driven. You’ll be the first member in our Online Growth Team and you’ll have the freedom, resources, and support to develop and manage top-performing marketing campaigns.

• Manage day-to-day account activities, from bidding strategies and creative testing to keyword research and expansion
• Ensure tests get up and running, and willing and able to help product and marketing team interpret results and present them to management
• Own OneClass’s paid search strategy, execution, and budget with the object of exceeding monthly KPI goals
• Utilize internal or external analytic tools to measure the overall success and repeat

• 1-3 years of online user acquisition experience with both paid and organic channels
• Self-starter who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment and can switch from implementing and analyzing paid ad campaigns to building landing pages and setting up drip campaigns with ease
• Extensive knowledge in implementing A/B test scenarios throughout the web and email on a regular basis and tracking them with internal tools.
• Obsession with learning about customer behaviour through both numbers and qualitative data
• Basic understanding of statistics and decent Excel skills
• Willingness to learn what you don’t already know
