When jamaica became free, they were stuck in financial debt because they have not built an economy. 1st world countries were more interested for jamaica to pay their debt than for them to grow. Jamaica was unable to create better schools and hospitals. Jamaica doesn"t have proper plumming, and they get their exports of food from miami. Jamaican people are unable to sell and grow their own crops because the other imports of the country are cheaper, hurting jamaican business. It is wrong to make the farmers pay a high interest. Jamaicans are unable to match the competition because the crops do not match the standards of other crops from foreign countries.
