So, moment is all that matters when considering coupes! Represent couple by its moment vector (with one embellishment) call it a couple vector. Shows it is a couple vector, and a sense of couple (cw vs. Can move couple around in the plane (or a parallel plane). So, couple not tied to a fixed point of application (like a force)
