Monteggia fracture: ulna with radius displaced at the elbow, fall on pronated outstretched hand with straight elbow, aka night stick injury. Galeazzi fracture: radius with ulna displaced at the wrist, fall on pronated outstretched hand with bent elbow. Inversion or eversion of ankle: abc fractures.
