At present, 99% of a reactant A is degraded by a first order reaction in a single CSTR. We now place a similar reactor (having the same volume) in series with it.
- For the same 90% conversion, by how much can the flow rate be increased?
- For the same flow rate as presently used, how will this replacement affect the conversion of reactant?
