Seeing ways can do things faster/ easier: 22-38 months: small decreasing slope, more people start using it, more complexity and costs as processes need to be changed and adapted, more people using it so more room for error. More projects than resources -people spread too thin, end up cutting corners, lack of training = damaging to value. Inadequate business resources can lead to poor communication and ineffective problem solving on a project. Redesigning the business process is another challenge need a multifunctional approach to driving business value: can put processes in place to help business prepare for changes due to it projects. Insufficient time and training limitations are other challenges.
