SEPEP$is$Sport$Education$in$Physical$Education$Program.$Provides$children$with$a$holistic$
sport$experience.$A$complete$sport$experience$includes:$
• Playing$in$a$competitive$game$where$scores$will$be$kept$across$a$mini$season$
• Learning$various$sport$roles$
• Learning$about$rules$and$fair$play$
Occurs$within$a$normally$scheduled$PE$session,$matched$ability$teams$are$formed$at$the$
start$of$a$competitive$season,$students$assume$ownerships$and$responsibility$through$
additional$roles$to$that$of$the$player,$modification$to$game$rules$and$team$sizes,$records$
kept$and$results$publicised,$students$develop$social$and$cognitive$skills$along$with$sport$
skills,$teacher$share$managerial$and$instructional$duties$with$students,$festive$end$of$season$
