Teams are increasingly becoming a primary means for organizing work in contemporary business firms. Lmost every org use teams to produce goods and services, manage projects (project team), make decisions and run company (tmt). That is, increased competition has forced companies to restructure to complete more efficiently. In short, because we believe that they are effective. Teams can sometimes achieve feats an individual could never accomplish. Teams are more flexible and response to changing events than traditional departments or other forms of permanent groups can be. Teams are an effective way to democratize orgs (i. e. , increase employee participation in decision making) and increase employee involvement.
