T wave is starting, then the red arrow happens. Due to: ap starting at di erent place. Extra systole on the red arrow beat! = no time for it to ll with blood. When no blood is lling, = no ejection of blood. Extra systole that has no pulse = reduces e ective heart rate. Blood ow from highest to lowest pressure.
