I have indicated the readings in each chapter that you will be responsible for studying from in order to prepare for the exam. As i indicated in class, you should study the material in conjunction with your notes from the class discussion. You should also study chapters 1, 2 and 5 from the accompanying text book, private law, Chapters 2 and 5 cover most of the material we have discussed throughout the semester. (readings d, h and i you can ignore) Chapter 3: (we did not really cover the readings in this chapter, since we concentrated more on chapter 2.
