Section 92 (1) gives to provinces as prior to their entry in constitution power over the administration of justice. Section 101 authorizes the parliament to establish court of appeal and any addition court. Section 96, 99, 100: give the parliament the power to hired, pay and dismiss most judges in the country. Most matter are dealt with at the provincial level: no distinction between court that try matter of provincial and federal level. The judges of court can be provincially or federally appointed depending on the seriousness of the matter. All matters heard by trial provincial court will be heard by federally- appointed judges. A court jurisdiction is its authority to hear, adjudicate and give a decision.
