Well behaviour: is any type of behaviour people engage in to maintain or improve their current good health and avoid illness example exercising and eaing healthy diets to prevent illnesses like heart diseases. Symptom based behaviour: is any acivity people who are ill undergo to determine the problem and ind a remedy to the illness. Example; complaining about symptoms such as stomach ache and geing advice about symptom from medical praciioners. Sick-role behaviour: is any behaviour that people undergo ater deciding they are ill and what the illness is: prevenion behaviours can be classiied into: Primary prevenion : involves acions taken to avoid disease or injury. Individual factors: some people consider some health behaviours as less or more appealing or convenient than the unhealthy alternaives.
