Public law includes constitutional law, criminal law, administration & tax law: constitutional provides the basic rules of our political & legal system, administrative concerned with the creation & operation of administrative agencies, boards, commissions, criminal deals with offences against the state. Tax concerned with the rules that are used to collect money for public spending.
