Clean the immersion oil from the objective lens with a kim wipe. Clean any remaining oil residues from the stage. Coarse adjustment knob: stage positioning, also used to focus on specimen. Fine adjustment knob: improve focus on specimen. Condenser height adjustment knob: condenser lens positioning (found under stage)
