Deconcentration: a physical spreading of members of the organization (gulwick & Discuss some of the key theorists associated with the human relations school of organization theory. The human relation school theorists took the ideas of bureaucracy advanced by the classical organizational theorists and added what they saw as the missing human component to these ideas. They viewed humans as being as important to the structure of bureaucracy as its organizational layout and not to be overlooked as just cogs in a wheel . The theoirsts looked for ways to improve the moral. Motivation, and overall quality of the employees of the bureaucracy in order to better the system itself. Organizations serve human needs break with classical theory. Organization and people need to fit each other equally. Poor fit leads one or both to suffer & good fit leads to benefits for both. Level of production set by social norms.
