Internal process model have to look at efficiency, human variable is important to approach better org. should look at how well people doing. Because they have different unit of analysis and class. For example supervisor might look at whole picture of organization but subordinate only look at unit of his/her program of own. Categorical that you create for the task will be different than others. When information travel downward, hierarchy, the information could be interpret because as goes down info will be more specific. There is limit information that you can put into organization. As more communication travelling to upward the information will be more sorted or eliminated. Bureaucracy is good at specific that that information is transmitted that it is good at analyzing what should be included and should not be included and what kind of form to use. Work motivation decrease because of repetition of small task.
