FINAL EXAM REVIEW GUIDE: FALL 2016
The exam will consist of 75 Multiple Choice items, worth 1 point each and 1 written response,
worth 5 total points. You will have two options for the written question, but both questions will
be about research design.
As always, approximately 50% of the test material will be from lectures and 50% from the
readings.
On page 2 of this document, you will find a list of topics and the number of Multiple Choice
questions per topic area for the final exam.
On page 3, you will find the focus questions for the lecture material for social and clinical
psychology.
The exam should only take 1 hour and 30 minutes to complete, but you will have approximately
2 hours.
The final exam is cumulative. You should use this guide, along with both Midterm Review
Guides to study for the Final Exam. Remember, the review guides only have focus questions for
lecture material and it is equally important that you study textbook material. You can create
guides for the textbook yourselves or by using the questions in the book (these appear in small
blue boxes in the side margins).
There are more questions on the Final Exam from the Social and Clinical sections because you
have not been tested on this material yet.
