Often affect b esp when attitudes are strong. Affectively based (emotional component: based on individual feelings toward object, person, or situation, ex. I get scared when i see a spider. Behaviourally based: based on individual observations of how they behave toward object, person, or situation, ex. I will not scream when i see spiders. Cognitively based: based on individual thoughts + beliefs toward object, person, or situation, ex. A) i love yoga bc i get to do mediation + c) i believe it helps me relax so b) ill go to class each week.
