Why aren"t humble leaders paid more, if their results are shown to be better, in comparison to. Narcissistic leaders hoard resources and financial rewards since they feel they do most of the work, while a humble leader will share with the team. A narcissistic leader will make choices based on their own beliefs rather than take other opinions into account. Trump takes huge risks(has been bankrupt multiple times) but has gained the respect of his followers through hard work and determination.
