Same size and location of arterioles: veins. But less muscle, more passive, carry flow not control. Bring blood form organ it emptied out of back to the heart. 80: cellular composition of vessels, inner layer closest to blood endothelium each vessel has it. Single layer, need for a vessel to have. Endo layer of cells within blood vessel. Attach to matrix on outside basement membrane: basement membrane.
