Your final grade will be determined on a 300 point scale as follows. There will be three non-cumulative, in-class exams (each worth 100 points, or 33 per cent of final grade). The exams will comprise of multiple-choice questions, true/false questions, and short essay questions. The final letter grade will be awarded according to the following scale: Make-ups for any scheduled assignments (e. g. rescheduling exams) will only be given in special circumstances and arrangements must be made before the scheduled exam time, except in exceptional circumstances. Your responsibilities to this class and to your education as a whole include attendance and participation.
