These boys felt outcast, shamed, unaccepted, hopeless, deviant self-concept. Labels this kid comes from a bad family and is at-risk leads to this kid is delinquent, and he is a risk . Has a big effect on young black social mobility, perpetuates criminalization and social exclusion. Tyrell, like other kids his age, commonly have at least one parent who has drug or alcohol addictions. Tyrell was homeless for a lot of childhood.
