Throughout ancient history, human suffering is constantly being recorded in the historical documents. Those gods are inherently correlated with human being"s suffer. For this essay, i will discuss two occurrences of human suffering, one from "poem of the righteous. Sufferer," and the other from "the biblical tale of noah and the great flood. " In the "poem of the righteous sufferer," the author describes a person who tries to understand the behavior of gods. He wants to know what"s wrong with what he has done and the reason why god helps him at first, and soon after, disappears. Human suffering in this poem is painful, the king is enraged with him, the courtiers are against him and he is enforced to keep silent while he used to be talkative. He is so anguished that "if i walk the street, ears are pricked; if i enter the palace, eyes blink.
