Technical analysis (capacity requirements and availability, skills needed: the new product development funnel, design view, market test: customer acceptance (marketing) Follow up evaluation (marketing) product specification: meet/exceed customer wants. Prototype development: 1 or few units are made to see any potential problems with product or process. Supply chain: sequence of organizations-faculties, functions, activities-are involved in producing and delivering a product/service.
