Responsible government. however, it also promised that japan would not be enslaved as a race or destroyed as a nation. the declaration ended by warning of prompt and utter destruction if japan failed to unconditionally surrender. Hiroshima and nagasaki: us bombed hiroshima on august 6, 1945. Three days later they bombed nagasaki and on august 15, 1945 japan surrendered. "one cannot imagine a regenerated eu without a strong france: western powers must act now and defeat the russians or else the soviets will take over the world. Iran and turkey crisis: soviet troops went into iran, but the us backed iran in those days. Britain and the su were occupying iran, but after an agreement noting that they would leave after 6 months, the su decided to stay (stalin).
