Exam 2 will cover sections 3. 5-3. 7 and 4. 1-4. 6. Here is a summary of the concepts you are expected to know. The exam questions will cover the same concepts as the written assignments, but will be more basic and designed to do in a few minutes each. There is an optional practice exam on mymathlab for those who wish and you can also view old exams from my previous classes on my bsu webpage. The exam is timed and you will have the whole class period (about 1 hour and 15 minutes) to complete the exam. You are only allowed the use of your graphing calculator and a piece of scratch paper. No notes or note cards will be allowed on the exam. Everyone is required to bring their student id (or any o cial picture id) to verify your identity on the exam. Know the derivatives of the basic functions.
