Preparing and developing information: work with your audience, make info relevant, why they need it, talk about a different side, talk about the obscure stuff. A coherent group: members interact often, importance to its members, common goals, members can find similarities. Group characteristics: interdependent, commitment, cohesiveness, be aware of people"s differences! Group needs: task needs (structure, maintenance needs (relationship) Types of power: autocratic, democratic, laissez-faire.
